"Florelles was born from a simple question: why do so many women, in so many different cultures, struggle to feel at home in their own body?"

Looking at feminine traditions from around the world — Chinese Qigong, Arab Hammam, Ayurvedic Abhyanga, African Ubuntu philosophy — we found a common answer: women have always known how to care for their bodies.

Florelles gathers this wisdom and makes it accessible, practical and useful for the woman of today. It is not therapy. It is not medicine. It is a body awareness journey — an invitation to slow down, listen and explore your body with gentleness.
