Renaissance of Pleasure
A gentle guide to exploring sensitivity, wellbeing and connection with your body after complex body experiences
This guide is for you
Perhaps you woke up this morning feeling that a part of you has never truly been yours. Perhaps you have felt pain where there should have been pleasure, numbness where you longed to feel, shame instead of intimacy. Perhaps you have felt alone in all of this — because this subject is not spoken of, not told, often not understood even by those you love most.
If you have experienced experiences such as complex body experiences, your body underwent something you did not choose. You are not responsible for what happened. And you are not alone: worldwide, over 200 million women share this experience.
This guide was created to offer you something concrete: a gradual, respectful, and scientifically grounded path to reclaim sensitivity, reduce pain, and rediscover pleasure — , without judgment, at your own pace.
What you will find in this guide
A four-phase programme, designed to be experienced week by week:
You can stop at any time. You can go back. You can skip what you do not feel ready to face. This guide has no clock — only you do.
Understanding your body: what remains, what is possible
Many women believe that sensitivity may be permanently compromised. This belief is understandable — but it is neurologically inaccurate. Here is why.
The clitoris: so much more than meets the eye
The visible clitoris (the external part) is only the "tip of the iceberg". The total clitoral structure extends 9–11 cm inside the body, with two roots (crura) and two bulbs that surround the vaginal canal. Even in these cases Type III (the most extensive), much of this structure remains intact and functional.
Body awareness: exploring what is possible
The nervous system is extraordinarily adaptable. When a part of the body stops sending signals — through trauma, scarring, or disuse — the brain "redraws" those connections. The good news is that this process also works in reverse: through graduated stimulation, conscious breathing and muscle relaxation, some women report reconnecting with sensations through gradual exploration.
Approfondital studies conducted in France and the United Kingdom show that over 70% of women who followed a pelvic sensory exploration programme reported significant improvement in sensitivity and reduction in pain within 3–6 months.
Your journey in four phases
Phase 1: Breathing and Pelvic Relaxation
Before any work on the body, we must create safety. The nervous system needs to learn that relaxation is possible, that the body can be a safe place.
A guided journey of body awareness and intimate wellbeing, designed also for women who have experienced complex bodily experiences, such as procedures or female genital mutilation.
